The 7th Annual Conference on Somali Studies (ACSOS-COVID19) has been successfully completed. The conference was held virtually on the 28-30 August 2021 under the theme of “COVID19 Pandemic in Somalia: Challenges, Responses and Lessons”.

This conference was a special edition in the series of ACSOS dedicated to COVID19 in Somalia. It brought together virtually dozens of scholars and researchers.

The Annual Conference on Somali Studies (ACSOS) is an academic conference launched in April 2014 and is organized annually by the institute for Somali Studies.
